6 AWG Battery Cable with Terminal Lugs
Our 6 gauge welding wire is best used for power supply applications, welding cable applications, and battery cables up to 600 volts AC (alternating current). This welding cable has an insulation thickness of .065 inches, used to insulation 260/30 bare copper conductors. These conductors are covered further by a highly flexible, abrasion-resistant jacket made from ethylene propylene diene monomer, also known as EPDM. The rubber jacket also holds color very well, as it is important that colors remain bright to ensure safety.
By having a clear visual of positive or negative ends, these 6 gauge welding cables can be used much more safely. The covering makes our cables very temperature resistant, being rated to work in conditions between -50 degrees Celsius and +105 degrees Celsius.

The company started operating its manufacturing in a garage with 5 employees – with dedication and perseverance, the company moved to a bigger facility in less than a year. Now, Phillip Cable Manufacturing employs 40-45 employees.
PCM is a growing company specializes in high quality cable assemblies and wiring harnesses for Military – land, sea, air applications. During the 2nd quarter of 2019, PCM has expanded its production to serve the need of cable assemblies for commercial use – heavy equipment, vehicles and the like.

Before shipping, our Quality Assurance department does a final check for proper electrical and cosmetic details as well as adherence to customer specifications.
